• eFax Corporate – This is eFax’s enterprise solution for companies requiring multiple users. eFax Corporate is customized and scaled to the exact specifications of the business. It includes as many fax numbers as required, but options are so flexible that pricing is only available through a quote request.

How to Use eFax

eFax can be used in several different ways. The primary method of sending and receiving faxes with eFax is through email. Up to five email accounts can be linked to eFax Plus or eFax Pro. To send a fax, all you have to do is use one of the five linked accounts to address an email to the fax number @efaxsend.com. Attach virtually any form of document or image to the email, and efax will convert it and send it to the number in the email address. Incoming faxes are sent to any number of your five linked email addresses, but eFax prefers to send files through a proprietary file format, requiring the installation of the eFax Messenger software.

eFax Messenger is a computer application that adds several features to the eFax online faxing service. With eFax Messenger, incoming faxes can be converted to PDF format. A digital signature can also be added to faxes.

In addition to email and eFax Messenger, eFax provides two additional options for sending and receiving faxes. You can go to the eFax Message Center by signing into your account at the eFax website. From the Message Center, you can send faxes and read faxes that have been sent to you.

The final option from eFax is the new iPhone and Android apps. Either of these apps makes it simple to send and receive faxes from your smartphone.
